第一步是取消付款保留吗？<br />即填写下面这些信息：<br />提交我的纳税信息  <br />选择或确认一种付款方式  <br />输入我的个人识别号码  <br />确认我的电话号码  <br />做完上述几步就可以等支票寄来了吗？<br />上面的提交纳税信息是怎么回事？<br /><br />另外，如果PIN还没有收到，就什么也不用做，先等PIN，是这样吗？

税收那里选择境外就行了，不会收你税的，等PIN到，验证后就可以等支票了^_^

谢谢楼上两位朋友指点！<br />不过，听说满50刀后，GG在寄出PIN的同时会发邮件通知，可我都等了10多天，<br />也没有这封通知邮件啊？这是怎么回事？

嗯，可能不通知，可以到付款历史里看，应该有要求你输入pin的链接，那里有发pin的时间
