标题: Google在韩遭遇不公平交易指控
2007年2月26日，韩国公平交易委员会判定Google Adsense的计划政策的部分条款违反了韩国的合约法，故敦促Google删除违反的部分。<br /><br />Google作为世界上最大的互联网搜索企业在互联网广告领域占据垄断地位。很多人都被Google单方面通知发生了作弊情况而被终止帐号、由于Google Adsense的合同规定Google有权利这么做，所以用户基本上是上诉无门。<br /><br />这次韩国公平交易委员会对google的敦促是否会在全球范围内起作用现在还不得而知，不过Google通过在韩国的法律代理人已经向韩国公平交易委员会表示接受此建议，并指出在最近修改被指不公平的部分。<br /><br />疑问：如果Google在韩国修改条款，会不会影响到全球所有用户的使用条款，使之更加公平？
