标题: 请问一下关于网站转入商业模式的问题
事情是这样的,有个客户主动找上我,说想在我网站投放广告条,几次电话联系之后,广告条投放方式等问题基本上决定,<br />最后,他问我是否能提供发票,我跟他说,我网站是属于个人的,未能提供发票,<br />客户态度180度转弯,5千多广告费当下就告吹了。<br /><br />所以想向大家请教一下以下问题：<br />1.网站该怎么转入商业模式，需要办理什么手续？<br />2.如何为网站申请一个公司？有什么前提条件？<br />3.申请公司的费用大概多少？ PS：我这是镇级地区，本人是一贫如洗的技术员，待业在家，太高的费用我可承受不了。<br />4.注册公司之后是否就可以提供正规发票？<br />5.放置<font color="red"><b>Google AD</b></font>之后能再放<b><font color="red">网下拉来的客户广告条</font></b>吗？

随便找一张发票给它不就是了笨呀!

不是我泼冷水，在没有保证每月5000的收入前，不要提公司注册。<br /><br />网络公司估计是所有行业里面最短命的。<br /><br />一般诚意客户不会非常在意发票的，当然发票不会是难事。<br /><br />偶就接过几个大公司的广告，没发票，他们也做的。

注册公司每个地方价格不同的，建议找当地可以代办这些的人问问。<br />不过发票其实很简单，找个有公司的朋友帮忙开一下就可以。

成立网络公司比较简单的，10万的注册资本。现在ICP证，要注册资本100万。<br /><br />无论是公司，还是商业模式，都不要重要，最重要的是你现在有足够的收入，其他的都是小事情。

关键:<br />没有一定的背景（如公司），叫人家怎么相信，怎么放心把广告费汇来呢，<br />将心比心，要是我，我也不可能把几千块钱汇到一个人网站去，这其一<br /><br />其二，如果没有一定的背景，网下拉业务也是一个问题，个人网站，给人的感觉就不踏实。<br /><br /><br /><br />之前，一直没考虑到网站能够赚钱，凭的是爱好和成就感，放着GGAD，勉强维持着服务器一年几千元的托收费用，<br /><br /><br />PS:建站近3年，属于行业站，现每天IP近万，礼拜天略少与。

不过现在注册公司也不是太麻烦的!

找份当地报纸的分类广告，N多代办公司的，就是在香港、外国注册都行<br />也不贵，W把块把<br />注册资金几百万他们会帮你搞定

估计是卖发票的公司，哈哈
