我发现有些站IE浏览正常,但查看源文件时中文显示乱码,他的广告就都是英文的.

可惜不能贴地址,否则发个站给大家看,中文站,而且机器就在本地.几乎全部显示英文.

中文站显示英文AD，再加上访问者点英文AD，这会不会给GG认为作弊呢？

如果这个英文AD是Google匹配的问题，那么不用你过多的操心；而如果中文网站大量显示英文AD，而且是在你做了某些手脚影响下显示的，那么就是作弊了。
