制定一项政策有时候是很容易的，不过如果在涉及到实际利益的时候执行正确却显得不那么容易。<br /><br />我们知道从2007年6月开始Google Adsense的规则已经明确禁止使用在线广告宣传Google Adsense的产品推介，但是当我们在Google搜索关键词Google Adsense依然可以看到很多直接宣传Google Adsense推介的广告。<br /><br /><img src="http://www.adsenser.org/attachments/date_200707/990433cf80c7b05140fa501a3b7a942f.gif" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor='hand'; this.alt='Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open('http://www.adsenser.org/attachments/date_200707/990433cf80c7b05140fa501a3b7a942f.gif');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" /><br /><br />在Google Adsense支持中心对"是否可以使用在线广告来宣传我的推介广告"是这样解释的：<br /><br />不可以，您不得以生成转换为特定和唯一的目的而使用在线广告购买点击量，除非得到了广告客户的明确许可，且自己的网站符合 Google 的目标网页质量指南。<br /><br />为什么这样的情况依然存在呢?<br /><br />利益的牵扯<br /><br />虽然禁止Adwords宣传推介广告有利于Google Adsense的规范和发展，但是Google依然抵挡不住来自Google Adwords销售的诱惑。正所谓，来的都是客，放到兜里的都是钱。<br /><br />服务人员需要培训<br /><br />当然也有可能是中国服务小组并不知道这个条款，因为我曾经咨询过服务小组关于这个条款的详细情况，服务小组给我的回复是"请提供具体的链接"，所以我们也可以怀疑服务小组或者说这个服务人员并不知道这个规定的存在。<br /><br />不管是什么原因，禁止发布者使用在线广告宣传就应该禁止这样的广告在Adwords里出现，如果禁止的是其他的在线广告那么需要明确指出，如果觉得执行这样的规定对Google不利，那么就直接删除这个条款。<br /><br />资料来源: 广告发布者地址: <a href="http://www.adsenser.org/?action=show&id=67" target="_blank">http://www.adsenser.org/?action=show&id=67</a>

我对此也感到非常不解,一方面的明确不充许,另一方面绿色放行,发布者明显违反政策,就没有什么风险,难道还是我的那句老话,"撑死胆大的,饿死胆小的!"

其实它如果那么重视维护它的权威，在中国本地化，最简单的办法就是举报有奖，但从目前来看对投诉爱理不理的，更不要谈举报有奖，看来是假把式。
