如果一个投资人打算成立一个你认为比较有前途的公司，他需要你加盟，但是只给你10%的股份和每月800的工资，你会考虑吗？<br /><br />忘了说：如果公司在一年后还是在烧钱没有盈利，公司会被关闭，股份也无法套现，三年内股份不能转让，且投资人有优先购买权

如果公司想是真的准备大赚，没可能分你10%那么多，分个3%就很多了<br />当然，我不清楚你对这公司的重要性，但如果你是重要人员，没可能只有800/月吧
