有谁讲讲新推介是如何付费的

如果是注册才付费,GG怎么知道用户在被推介的网站注册了.难道广告主是用的GG付费系统.<br />上面表达的清楚吗,我的意思是说,如果用户注册了,广告主说没注册怎么办.
