Thanks for writing. AdBrite pays out publishers on a net-60 basis, which means earnings must mature for at least 60 days before they are eligible to be paid out to you. If, on a given pay period, normally the last Thursday of each month, your mature earnings meet your minimum check amount, then a check will be printed for you.

So earnings that are no longer pending, are earnings that have matured.  So when your earnings mature, the pending earnings should reach $0.00.
