关于弹窗做FF的推介

看到有些朋友说利用弹窗做FF推介，能否利用一个弹窗增加链接，然后引导至下载页，这样不知道算不算违规？

弹窗里面不要有firefox的下载链接。点弹窗到推介页面，推介页面点了到下载页面。这才安全。

这样的话，买流量做是否能有好的转换呢，值得一试。
