我觉得不违反，不过不是所有不违反规则的事情都可以做，除了Google Adsense外站长心里应该还有用户。

严重违反，不会是楼主的吧，我见过许多这样的，adwords打中文广告做英文adsense，就一个页面，放一片英文文章。
