想申请关闭帐号洗掉前科了

2005年9月申请的号，刚开始做的时候自己点了反正不少次，现在想好好做了，心里一点都不塌实，昨天看论坛有个兄弟申请关闭帐号了，我也想洗掉前科重新来过，帐号里的钱也不要了，能行么？关闭后重新申请和以前的事情没关系了吧？
