Google的广告单价到底是怎么定的

google的广告单价有高有低，到底是谁定的？如果是广告主定的，那他岂不是尽量定低一点？<br />如果定高一些，他会有什么好处呢？<br />怎么整也整不明白的问题，望达人予以执教。
