我的站在出售包月广告时，开价是50/月的，但他说长期放，要我优惠一点，于是我就说如果你放3个月以上的40/月，放半年以上的30/月，放一年以上的20/月，但钱还是一个月一个月的支付。 他选择了放一年以上的，于是广告位就20块卖了给他，但一个月后，他就说不放了，我要他补交30块的广告费，他不补，大家说说这人是否属于骗子？？
